Depending on the location of the home there may be an additonal fee for travel/mileage

-Re-Inspection Fee-$150

-For Homes built prior to 2000 an additional fee will apply.  Please call or email for quote.

-KDI Home Inspections does not perform Pool and Spa, Radon, Mold, Termite(WDI) or Septic Inspections.  Since we focus on the  home we feel that since there would be an additional charge anyway that you should pay someone who specifically performs these  inspections on a daily basis  AS THEIR SPECIALTY.  We will be happy to assist in coordinating these inspections at your request.
